Growing up next to two distilleries, Michael developed a passion for distilling and brewing at an early age which is why he went on to study this at Heriot-Watt University. After graduating, Michael worked in brewing for ten years until joining Loch Lomond Distillery in 2007 where he has been at the helm as Master Blender since 2014.VIEW MORE
Glen Scotia is one of the smallest Scotch whisky distilleries in Scotland.
We are very proud of the fact that it still maintains much of its original design, including
the fermenters, the stillroom and the dunnage warehouse dating from the 1830s.
