Bottled in partnership with the OurWhisky Foundation and limited to just 164 bottles, a portion of the proceeds supports the foundation’s ongoing mentorship and advocacy programmes. A delicately smoky, richly layered single malt that balances caramelised sweetness, toasted spice, and a whisper of the sea.
Lightly peated and matured for five years in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, this single malt is bold in both character and purpose.
In 2022, we selected a special cask for a unique whisky experience with writer and presenter Becky Paskin, as part of the Campbeltown Malts Festival. Guests from around the world joined us in Campbeltown for an immersive ‘whisky experiment’, sampling this very cask in the quiet darkness of our warehouses. We always said we’d find the right moment to bottle Becky’s cask together, and now that moment has arrived to share this moreish example of Campbeltown whisky.
The OurWhisky Foundation is a non-profit organisation offering mentorship programs and seminars that support and empower women working in whisky around the world, while advocating for a more inclusive and diverse industry. Glen Scotia has been fortunate to have several team members take part in the Foundation’s programmes. It is a pleasure and a privilege to bottle this exclusive cask together as part of supporting their important work.
