The countdown is on. With Campbeltown Malts Festival tickets going on sale tomorrow, we wanted to share a few helpful tips to make sure your booking experience is smooth and stress-free.
Here’s everything you need to know before tickets go live.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10am.
-At 10am, our Unlocked subscribers will receive an email containing the password to access tickets.
-General access will open at 11am.
Ticket Limits
Some of our most popular events have ticket limits to ensure as many people as possible can take part in the celebrations.
-Festival Dinner and the Dunnage Tasting with Ashley Smith are limited to 2 tickets per transaction.
-All other events are limited to 4 tickets per transaction.
Booking Fees
At checkout, a platform booking fee (a percentage of the ticket price) will be added. Please note that the price shown on our website does not include this fee, as it is charged by a third-party platform. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Festival Dinner – Menu Selection
When booking the Festival Dinner, you will be prompted to select your menu choice at the time of booking. We have included the menu in advance to help make the checkout process quicker.
How to Book – Quick Guide
We’ve created a short “How To” booking video to guide you through the process and help everything run smoothly at checkout. Please note that all festival events can be accessed via the Home button on the booking platform, allowing you to add multiple events and complete your bookings in one transaction, as shown in the video at the bottom of this page.
Festival Dinner – Seating Selection
You will also select your seat during the booking process. Please note that if two guests enter the booking process at the same time and select the same seats, the seats will be secured by whoever completes checkout first. The other guest will receive an error message, as the system checks seat availability both when the booking begins and again at checkout.
We look forward to welcoming you to Campbeltown for the Glen Scotia Malts Festival 2026, for what promises to be a fantastic celebration of whisky, heritage and our Big Campbeltown Character!
