Originally matured in first fill bourbon barrels, a second maturation in a combination
of Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso Sherry first fill Hogsheads accentuate the fruit characters, whilst giving the unpeated spirit a rich velvety mouthfeel. Our Glen Scotia Sherry Double Cask Finish marries the best of both these wonderful liquids, which brings an interesting depth and character to the whisky.
Bottled at 54.1% with non added colour or chill-filtration, as nature intended.
