The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Proof of age, identity and residency may be required before the prize can be awarded.
The winner’s chosen guest must also be aged 18 or over.
Entrants must provide accurate information and must not attempt to enter more than once using different names, email addresses, postal addresses or other details.
The prize draw opens at 10:00am (UK time) on Monday 14 September 2026 and closes at 12:00pm noon (UK time) on Wednesday 21 October 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
Qualifying purchases made outside the Promotional Period will not result in entry.
Free postal entries must be received before the end of the Promotional Period.
There are two ways to enter the prize draw.
Purchase a bottle of Glen Scotia Icons Release No.4 – The Griffin directly from the official Glen Scotia website at glenscotia.com during the Promotional Period.
Eligible purchasers will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw.
Only purchases made directly through the official Glen Scotia website qualify for automatic entry. Purchases made from third-party retailers or other websites do not qualify.
Purchasing more than one bottle will not result in additional entries.
If you make a qualifying purchase but do not wish to participate in the prize draw, you may opt out by emailing support@glenscotia.com.
If a qualifying purchase is subsequently returned and refunded, the corresponding automatic entry will be removed from the prize draw.
The entrant may still enter using the free postal entry route, provided a valid postal entry is received before the closing date.
To enter without making a purchase, send the following details on a piece of paper or card in a stamped envelope:

home address; and
email address.

Postal entries must be received by the Promoter before 12:00pm noon (UK time) on Wednesday 21 October 2026.
Entrants using the postal route are responsible for the cost of postage.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or not received before the closing date.
Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method.
An entrant who has already been automatically entered through a qualifying purchase may not obtain an additional entry using the free postal entry route.
Similarly, an entrant who has submitted a valid free postal entry will not receive an additional entry as a result of making a qualifying purchase.
Duplicate entries will be removed before the draw. Where more than one valid entry has been received from the same person, only one entry will be included.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has attempted to circumvent the one-entry-per-person restriction.
One winner will receive a two-night trip for themselves and one guest to Campbeltown, Scotland, including a visit to Glen Scotia Distillery and a Meet the Guardians experience.
The prize includes:
return travel for the winner and one guest from the winner’s home location in Great Britain to Campbeltown, arranged and paid for by the Promoter;
economy-class air travel and/or standard-class rail travel, or other reasonable transport as determined by the Promoter;
one night’s bed and breakfast accommodation in Glasgow;
one night’s bed and breakfast accommodation in Campbeltown;
reasonable transfers required as part of the organised itinerary within Glasgow and Campbeltown;
a Meet the Guardians experience at Glen Scotia Distillery for the winner and their guest, including a distillery tour and whisky tasting with members of the Glen Scotia distillery team;
lunch for the winner and their guest in Campbeltown; and
dinner for the winner and their guest in Campbeltown.
Lunch, dinner and relevant local transfers will be arranged and paid for directly by the Promoter or a Glen Scotia brand representative.
Accommodation will ordinarily be based on the winner and guest sharing a twin or double room.
If the winner or guest is not comfortable sharing a room, the Promoter will arrange separate rooms for them in Glasgow and Campbeltown, subject to availability.
The exact itinerary, route, travel providers, accommodation and timings will be determined and booked by the Promoter.
The anticipated itinerary will ordinarily be:
Day 1
Travel from the winner’s home location in Great Britain to Glasgow, followed by overnight bed and breakfast accommodation in Glasgow.
Day 2
Travel from Glasgow to Campbeltown, followed by the Glen Scotia Meet the Guardians experience, including the distillery tour and tasting, lunch and dinner in Campbeltown, and overnight bed and breakfast accommodation in Campbeltown.
Day 3
Return travel from Campbeltown via Glasgow and onwards to the winner’s home location.
This itinerary is indicative only.
The Promoter may arrange a reasonable alternative itinerary depending on the winner’s location, transport availability, weather, operational requirements, accommodation availability or other relevant circumstances.
The Promoter does not guarantee use of any particular flight, route, airline, departure time, hotel, B&B or other provider.
The trip must be completed within six months of the date on which the winner is notified that they have won.
Once the prize has been accepted, the winner must provide the Promoter with at least three weeks’ notice of their preferred travel dates.
The winner must provide three alternative preferred dates or date ranges.
All requested dates are subject to availability, including the availability of transport, accommodation and the Glen Scotia Distillery team.
The Promoter cannot guarantee that any particular requested date will be available and will work with the winner to arrange suitable dates within the six-month prize period.
The winner and guest must travel together on the itinerary arranged by the Promoter unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
Each eligible entrant will have a maximum of one entry in the draw.
The draw will take place following the close of the Promotional Period and within seven days of Wednesday 21 October 2026.
The winner will be selected using a fair random selection process.
The Promoter will retain appropriate records of the selection process.
The winner will be contacted by email within seven days of the prize draw closing on Wednesday 21 October 2026.
For entrants who entered through a qualifying purchase, the Promoter will use the email address associated with the qualifying order.
For entrants who entered using the free postal route, the Promoter will use the email address provided with their postal entry.
The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within five days of receiving the winner notification email.
The Promoter may require the winner to provide reasonable proof of age, identity, residency and eligibility before confirming the prize.
If the winner:
does not respond within five days;
declines the prize;
cannot provide satisfactory proof of eligibility;
cannot be contacted using the details provided;
is found to have entered more than once in breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
is otherwise found to have breached these Terms and Conditions,
the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
All travel and accommodation forming part of the prize will be arranged and booked by the Promoter.
The winner and guest must not make their own travel or accommodation arrangements and seek reimbursement unless expressly agreed in advance and in writing by the Promoter.
Travel will be arranged from and back to the winner’s home location in Great Britain.
The method and route of travel will be determined by the Promoter, taking into account the winner’s location, journey times, transport availability and other reasonable practical considerations.
Where air travel forms part of the itinerary, flights will be economy class.
Where rail travel forms part of the itinerary, travel will be standard class, unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
Reasonable transfers forming part of the agreed itinerary within Glasgow and Campbeltown will be arranged and paid for by the Promoter or a Glen Scotia brand representative.
Travel insurance is not included.
The winner and guest are responsible for arranging any travel insurance they consider appropriate.
The winner and guest are also responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate identification and any other documentation reasonably required for their journey.
The prize includes:
breakfast at the accommodation in Glasgow;
breakfast at the accommodation in Campbeltown;
lunch in Campbeltown; and
dinner in Campbeltown.
Lunch and dinner will be arranged and paid for directly by the Promoter or a Glen Scotia brand representative.
Unless expressly stated as included, additional meals, drinks, room service, minibar charges, accommodation upgrades, excursions, personal expenditure and incidental expenses are not included and will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
The Meet the Guardians experience will include a Glen Scotia Distillery tour and whisky tasting with members of the Glen Scotia distillery team.
The winner and guest are not required to consume alcohol to participate in the trip or experience.
Non-alcoholic alternatives will be made available where appropriate.
The winner should inform the Promoter when arranging the trip of any dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility requirements or other reasonable requirements affecting the winner or their guest.
The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements.
The precise content and timing of the distillery experience may be changed where reasonably necessary due to availability, operational requirements or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Once travel dates have been agreed and bookings made, the winner and guest are responsible for being available to travel in accordance with the confirmed itinerary.
If the winner or guest cancels, fails to travel, misses an arranged journey or is otherwise unable to participate for reasons not attributable to the Promoter, the Promoter is not obliged to provide replacement travel, alternative dates, reimbursement or a cash alternative.
If a booked flight, rail service or other element of the itinerary is cancelled, delayed or disrupted, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternative travel or accommodation where necessary.
The Promoter cannot guarantee that the original itinerary or timings will be maintained.
If the advertised prize, or a material element of it, becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The prize may only be used by the confirmed winner and their nominated guest.
The prize includes only the items expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has:
breached these Terms and Conditions;
provided false or misleading information;
manipulated or attempted to manipulate the entry process; or
otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the prize draw and selection of the winner is final.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The winner will not be required to participate in photography, filming or other promotional content as a condition of accepting the prize.
The Promoter may publish or make available information relating to the winner where reasonably required to demonstrate that a valid prize award has taken place or where required by applicable promotional rules or a competent regulatory authority.
The winner may object to their information being published or made available by contacting the Promoter.
This will not affect the Promoter’s obligation to provide relevant information to a competent regulatory authority where required.
Personal data will be collected and processed for the purposes of:
administering the prize draw;
verifying eligibility;
identifying and contacting the winner; and
arranging and delivering the prize.
Where reasonably necessary to arrange the prize, relevant personal information relating to the winner and their guest may be shared with transport providers, accommodation providers and other suppliers involved in delivering the prize.
Personal data will otherwise be processed in accordance with the Loch Lomond Group Privacy Policy.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received or recorded due to technical failures, postal delays, network failures or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing the prize where caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action or cancellation or suspension of transport services.
Where practicable, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to make alternative arrangements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Entrants retain any mandatory rights available to them under the laws applicable in their part of Great Britain.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
