Glen Scotia Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entrants must be existing members of the Glen Scotia Unlocked community(signed up via glenscotia.com prior to the competition launch).
Employees of Loch Lomond Group, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the competition are excluded.
Proof of age and identitymay be required to claim the prize.
Competition Details
Prize: Two pairs of tickets to the exclusive pre-festival event in Glasgow.
Location: The Tall Ship, Glasgow.
Date: 4th March 2026.
Time: 6:30 PM - Late.

How to Enter
Unlocked members will receive an Unlocked code via email to gain access to the competition page.
To enter, eligible participants must complete the online entry form provided.
One entry per person only.
Multiple entries using different email addresses will be disqualified.
First and last name must match the ID check of the winner.
All entries must be received by 10:00am (UK time) on 20th February 2026.
Entries received after this deadline will not be valid.
No purchase necessary to enter.
Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random using third-party selection software from all valid entries.
The prize draw will take place on 20th February 2026.
The winner’s details will be announced on the competition page.
The winner will receive email notificationwithin 2 days of the draw.
Claiming the Prize
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize no later than 5:00pm (UK time) on 27th February 2026.
If the winner does not respond by this deadline, Loch Lomond Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Loch Lomond Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value.
The prize includes only what is stated. Travel, accommodation, food/drink (unless included in the event), insurance, and any additional expenses are not included and are the winner’s responsibility.
If the Event is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled, or materially changed, the Promoter is not responsible for any related costs incurred by the winner. The Promoter may, at its discretion, offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
General Conditions
By entering, participants consent to their first name and initial of surname being used in winner announcements and promotional materials (e.g. social media, website).
Loch Lomond Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Data Protection
Personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with the Loch Lomond Group Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Loch Lomond Group accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures or factors beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
