1. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entrants must be existing members of the Glen Scotia Unlocked community (signed up via glenscotia.com prior to the competition launch).
Employees of Loch Lomond Group, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the competition are excluded.
Proof of age and identity will be required to claim the prize.
2. Competition Details
Prize: There are 10 prize sets available to be won.
Each prize set includes:
A framed print of Icons of Campbeltown Released No.2, personally signed by Master Distiller Iain McAlister.
A 70cl bottle of Icons of Campbeltown Release No.2 limited-edition whisky.
Competition Dates:
Opens: 24th September 2025
Closes: 1st October 2025 at 11:59pm (UK time)
Winners announced: 3rd October 2025
3. How to Enter
Unlocked members will receive an Unlocked code via email to gain access to the competition page.
To enter, eligible participants must complete the online entry form provided.
One entry per person only. Multiple entries using different email addresses will be disqualified.
First and last name must match the ID check of the winner.
All entries must be received by 11:59pm (UK time) on 1st October 2025.
Entries received after this deadline will not be valid.
No purchase necessary to enter.
4. Prize Draw
10 winners will be selected at random using third-party selection software from all valid entries.
The prize draw will take place on 3rd October 2025.
Winners’ details will be announced on the competition page.
Each winner will also receive an email notification within 2 days of the draw.
5. Claiming the Prize
Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide a valid UK delivery address no later than 5:00pm (UK time) on 10th October 2025.
If a winner does not respond by this deadline, Loch Lomond Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Delivery of the prize will be arranged at no cost to the winner, UK addresses only.
6. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Loch Lomond Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants consent to their first name and initial of surname being used in winner announcements and promotional materials (e.g., social media, website).
Loch Lomond Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with the Loch Lomond Group Privacy Policy.
9. Force Majeure
Loch Lomond Group accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures or factors beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
