Glen Scotia proudly presents Andalusian Reserve, the latest premium release created exclusively for our Unlocked community, celebrating the rich sherry heritage of Andalusia in southern Spain.
This exceptional 15-year-old single malt was matured in first fill Bourbon barrels before spending more than five years in a first fill Amontillado Sherry Butt, and is presented in bespoke premium packaging. With 672 bottles available, Andalusian Reserve is our largest Unlocked release to date, allowing more members of our community the opportunity to experience a remarkable whisky shaped by over five years of maturation in a special Amontillado sherry cask.
Glen Scotia Unlocked is a community for our loyal fan base and true whisky enthusiasts. Andalusian Reserve is our biggest Unlocked release to date and offers more members of our community the opportunity to experience an exceptional 15-year-old whisky. Initially matured in first fill Bourbon barrels, this limited release spent more than five years in a first fill Amontillado sherry butt, developing remarkable depth and complexity.
The result is an elegant and layered Campbeltown single malt, balancing rich notes of manuka honey, dried apricot and toasted almond with Glen Scotia's signature coastal character. Warming spice, creamy vanilla and dark cocoa create a long and rewarding finish that showcases the unique influence of extended Amontillado maturation.
